On this page

1. No physical shipping

We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers, delivery addresses or customs duties.

2. Access to the service

You can use BizSkipper from a web browser as soon as you have created an account, confirmed your email address and created a workspace. Free features are available straight away.

4. If delivery fails

If a paid action cannot be delivered after its automatic retries, the payment is refunded in full automatically, as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Where the service is available

The service is delivered online wherever you can reach it. Payments are taken in the currencies offered at checkout; each currency is shown as available or not, with the reason.

For legal review: Razorpay’s current website requirements for Indian merchants list contact, pricing, terms, privacy and refund pages but no shipping page, while its guidance on international payments says a shipping policy is mandatory. Confirm with Razorpay whether this digital delivery policy is accepted.
