Draft for review, not yet in effect
This document describes how BizSkipper works today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and takes effect only when a version with an effective date is published. 3 details are marked “To be confirmed”. Points marked “For legal review” need professional confirmation.

1. What you pay for
Some BizSkipper actions are paid per use where payments are switched on. Today the paid action is generating a marketing plan: the service drafts a plan with AI from your business profile and website findings and adds it to your workspace.
- Each payment buys one action. There is no subscription, prepaid balance or credit to cancel or refund.
- Before you pay, the price and its tax are shown. Only workspace owners can pay.
- Before an order is created, the service checks that the action can start now (for example that the business profile is complete and AI is switched on), so you do not pay for something that cannot run.
- Advertising spend is paid to the advertising platforms directly and is never covered by this policy.
2. When the work starts
The action starts automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms that the payment has been received. A payment window closing or a browser message alone does not count. If a temporary problem stops the action, it is retried automatically.
The action is delivered when its result is in your workspace: for a marketing plan, a new plan version you can open, edit and approve. You also receive a notification. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
3. Cancelling an order
- Before you pay: an order waiting for payment can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page. Unpaid orders also close by themselves after a time limit.
- If a payment still arrives after you cancelled, or after the order closed, it is refunded in full automatically and the action does not run.
- After you pay: the action starts automatically, so a paid order cannot be cancelled in the app. If you contact us before it has started and we refund the payment, the action will not run.
4. Automatic full refunds
You do not need to ask for a refund in these cases:
- The action cannot be delivered, for example because the generation failed or timed out after its retries, AI was switched off, or the person who paid left the workspace.
- You paid twice for the same order: the second payment is refunded and the action runs once.
- A payment arrived after the order was cancelled or had closed.
- A payment’s amount or currency did not match the order.
A refund returns the full amount to the original payment method through Razorpay. You are notified, and the Billing page shows the refund and its status.
5. Delivered results
A failed action is one that did not produce its result; it is refunded automatically. A delivered action is one whose result was added to your workspace, even if you then edit it, reject it or disagree with its recommendations, because AI-drafted plans are starting points for you to review. Delivered results are not refunded automatically.
If you believe a delivered result was faulty (for example empty or unreadable), or you were charged in error, ask within [To be confirmed: time limit for refund requests] and we will review the request.
For legal review: Confirm that refund rights for delivered digital services meet consumer law in India and in customers’ countries, set the request window, and decide whether goodwill refunds are offered.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email info@bizskipper.com with your workspace name, the order’s receipt or date and amount from the Billing page, and the reason. Approved refunds are made in full to the original payment method through Razorpay.
After a refund is made, banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it. A payment in a currency other than your card’s may be converted by your bank, which sets the rate and any fees.
For legal review: Set the time within which refund requests are answered, and confirm how refunds of foreign-currency payments (for example in AED) are described.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; most problems are quicker to solve directly. If a payment is disputed, Razorpay informs us, workspace owners are notified, and an action that has not started yet is not run.
8. Receipts and taxes
Every paid order has a receipt on the Billing page, built from the payment and any refunds Razorpay processed. It is a payment receipt, not a tax invoice.
For legal review: Confirm with a chartered accountant how GST applies to refunds and to sales to customers outside India (export of services, Letter of Undertaking), and whether tax invoices or credit notes must be issued.
